Buyer’s Pre-Construction Obligations:
Cost of Sewers, storm drains, water service, power service and other utilities, including sewer and storm drainage reimbursement charges, revolving fund charges, hook up fees and charges, school fees, park and recreation fees and the like. All electricity, gas and water will be provided to the project by the buyer.
Within twenty days (20) after executing contract, buyer will have obtained the commitment of the Construction Lender to make a construction loan.
Buyer will locate and stake out the Project within property lines of the Lot at buyers expense, take whatever measures are necessary to ensure the Project is correctly located on the Lot.
Permits and Plan Checks, School Fees, City Application Fees are available at additional cost/exclusions that are optional. Buyer is responsible for all costs of these listed services; however builder will act as liaison with outside agencies and organizations.
Deposit amount is $10,000 + Options Deposit that is non refundable.
