Compared to traditional irrigation systems, this uses approximately 59% less water and produces about 71% less runoff, which carries fertilizers, herbicides and other chemicals to areas they don’t belong.

Wathen-Castanos, Inc. is utilizing the TORO Intelli-Sense™ system which is WeatherTRACK® enabled. Drawing on information delivered wirelessly from more than 14,000 weather stations, the WeatherTRAK ET Everywhere service automatically schedules irrigation based on individual landscape needs and local weather conditions. With a traditional water heater, you’re paying to heat and reheat the same water even while you’re sleeping. Wathen-Castanos, Inc. is making available at some neighborhoods tankless water heaters that use the latest in gas technology to supply unlimited hot water on demand at a rate of up to 9.8 gallons per minute—enough to accommodate three showers simultaneously. This system is up to 50% more energy-efficient than a traditional natural gas water heater and up to 40% more efficient than an electrical water heater.

Wathen-Castanos, Inc. includes the Rinnai Continuum as a standard feature. In addition to all the energy savings this unit provides, it also gives the homeowner more space. Whereas a tank-type water heater requires 12-16 sq. ft. of floor space, Rinnai Continuum is a wall-mounted units that fits either inside or outside the home, freeing up the use of another closet.
